(1) Grand Prize: 18′ Bass Cat Sabre FTD bass boat, Mercury Optimax 115 HP Pro XS Outboard Motor, Matching Trailer. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $30,000. Winner is obligated to pick up the boat and trailer from the nearest Bass Cat dealer within 250 miles of the winner’s home address. If a dealer is not available within 250 miles, the Sponsor will arrange for delivery to the winner’s home address. Accessories, color interior exterior and any and all other features will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for proper insurance to transport the boat on a trailer. Winner must be able to meet the tax obligations for grand prize.
